Figma Serval Kemono Friends Review!

Well, hello again!
It's not has been a week or a month
but I do came back with another review! (but maybe I should make myself a schedule don't I well whatever) yet another time to kill today, so what's wrong with another review lol.
Now that's been said, let's get into the review!
This time, we're gonna get a chance to look at Figma Serval from internet's beloved anime series Kemono Friends! (Ps: this review and any other reviews in my blog are on my view points. No need to be sad because it is what I see on my prespective.)

wow, an actual package shot! how convenient! I actually suffer to get this figure as brand new as possible, it even cost me a loan to my brother (thank's bro)

Now, for those who don't know, what anime kemono friends is, well, It's an anime where animals turn into a cute girl called 'friends' because of the sandstar eruption. You guys should check it out, don't let the poor 3DCG fools you. The story are more than meet the eye :D

Okay let's talk about this figma! first of all, the painting and the sculpting is great! Max Factory really doing a great job throughout this figure. But maybe because the anime was 3DCG so they maybe didn't have to render it lol.
This is pretty much what you'll get for serval. A figma stand, Sets of expression faces, A set of hands including: Expressive open hands, closed fist, clawing(?) hands, and grabbing hands (I'm not using the grabbing hands in this review because she's got nothing to grab apparently:( ). And finally you got this Japari Bun for her to hold on. Neat!

this figma is relatively short and small, but it does catch her appearance on the screen, so doesn't bother me lol.

For what can I say, this is a pretty decent figures for around $50. But I'm assuming you guys would pay for other figures than this "girly" doll lol.
alright let's get into some accesories!
okay, first you get her happy face :D which is, pretty happy from what I can see. Happier than me right now...

for the good ol' posing sake, I'm using her closed fists first. My inner "fighting pose" could only think of punching action even though it maybe not relevant to the anime well lol who cares let's move on.

what can I say, she can pull off some great poses! Now let's get going to the next accesories we got!

You get Japari Bun! WOW How great! (Just kidding, this was okay but like super duper okay and ordinary so that's that) and, the clawing hands I've mentioned before.
if you're wondering and play dark souls 3, you'll know what it is. If you didn't know, well here's some context

also the "stupid face serval makes" face, I mean just look at it. I love how figma catches the on screen looks of how just cute and stupid this face looks

If that's not accurate, I don't know what is

From now 'till the end of the review, I shouldn't talk anything, so I just put the pictures and let them do it's justice lol.
Smug face!

alse this thumb up hand. but sadly it's just for the right hand so there's that.

It was me! Dio!

Apparently, irl, Serval cat can jump up to 2 meter. The mo' you know

Wakanda Forever!

and then, this shocked face. Looks shocked :O

Whoa! It talked!

Raiden : Don't eat me
Serval : I won't eat you!

well what can I say, they look good together.
Serval: Let's Hunt some ceruleans!

Okay let's wrap this review and spread out the pros and cons
Pros:
- great articulation! for a figma and from my experience with figma, they usually not that poseable, since this figure's skirt using some soft rubber, it makes posing so easy
- good colour that capture from the screen really well!
- good amount of accesories!
- Great sculpt and painting!

Cons:
- the price is a little bit too high for me, I mean, this gonna be by far my most expensive figure in my shelf.
- the skirt, although it made out of a soft rubber, it doesn't cover the truth that this figure's skirt is too wide for my preference.
- some of you might be upset for the visible joints, but I'm not

Okay guys, thats it for this time
I hope I can make another review and if you noticed it, my setup background is a little bit different. It's because at the moment I'm not at my house, right now I'm at my flat in the different province and I'm here to attend to university. So I'm sorry if there's no next review or in the review doesn't have size comparison to another figures.
Thank you

S.H.Figuarts Kamen Rider Drive Type Speed Review (lazy)

Hello everyone
welcome back to another quick review
this time, we'll cover up S.H.Figuarts Kamen Rider Drive Type Speed!
wow, this is pretty quick since my last review doesn't it? let's hope I'm not TIREd :D
get it? 'cause tire is wheel and this guy....
Anyway, let's get down with the reviews!

as you can see, that is all you get for this figure
not too many considered with this pricelist, you may got another figures with bunch of accesories
BUT, I got this figure for a pretty reasonable price because it was secondhanded (for about $22)
yeah you only get calm open hands, closed fists, and more expressive open hands (?)
alright now proceed to some poses shall we?

for the articulation, this guy basically doing a great job. This time bandai used the same articulation points on the S.H.Figuarts Body kun with that ball-like thigh joint and smaller palms. I personally don't think It's bad though. It's just perfect :D

posing this figure is so much fun, but sadly, it doesn't cover up superhero landing :( this was due to the armour and the tire that wrap this guy. It somehow makes the figure hard to ballance but, thanks to the really sturdy feet and great ankle pivot, some stance can be pulled out with no problem at all.

You'll be noticing that this guy has lost his "shift-car". and no, it wasn't some mistake that I forgot it. I've tell you it was secondhanded so, I got it without the shift car. No problem though, as it doesn't do much other than the aesthetic aspect of the figure. What am I talking about, let's continue!

"eh? where did the shift-car go?"

"well, doesn't matter here we go!"

Alright, now let's talk about some detail. I should say bandai really REALLY do a great job with this guy. The exhaust on the side of the mouth is greatly standsout! with the gradation of blue and yellow-purple-ish, it catches the on screen looks. The back of the figure also got detailed BUT sadly, not painted. Maybe you supposed to paint them yourself but ain't nobody got time for that!

looks really cool and badass!

the "type speed" printed really nice and sharp! thanks bandai :D

pretty decent kick!

the obligatory rider kick!

drive doesn't have much time, he must leave!

Final vent! wait, wrong show lol

Now let's get down with the pros and cons
Pros:
- reasonable price figures, I think you can get it at $30 for the sealed in-box one
- nice poseable figure, you can really get creatives!
- spot on detail, nice glossy paint!

Cons:
- The accesories are doh! It's like you got nothing from this guy. You can actually buy the sword named "handle-ken" and the grabbing hands BUT, they sold it separately with the other figure which is S.H.Figuarts Kamen Rider Drive Type Wild for alse around $30. What really pissed me off is the gun, which you can get with the Type Technique one, but that guy's price was so expensive because it was sold as a web-exclusive item. It can cost you $70-$90. not a chance
- the paint was easily chipped. If you notice, mine already chipped but it doesn't bother me too much

I think that is all for the review, see you next time!
