S.H.Figuarts Body-kun Takarai Rihito DX set ver. (Knockoff/Bootleg/KWS) Review!

Hello everyone
welcome to another review of something something something S.H.Figuarts
Just kidding. It's Body kun (again) now back in other articulated body and newly proportioned body too! And more expensive for sure lol.

First of all, this figure is a refined version of previous release figure, the S.H.Figuarts Body-kun. Wheres the previous figure appear to be more of a manequinn aesthetic while this figure focuses much more of a human body-like. The proportions and the muscle details are really good although does he have 8 packs abs?lmao.
Stand up at around 15cm height, this figure matches almost all other S.H.Figuarts figure

For the accesories that this guy comes with, there's a bunch of them. It's a no surprise by this time since this is a DX version of the figure meaning that you're getting much more accesories for your reference.
For the sake of making this review not too much of a 'too-long-didn't-read' stuff, I'll explain in the quickest way possible. You get an S.H.Figuarts stand with the arms, a set of fixed pose legs, a crossing arms, bunch of hand options, a japanese tea cup, an english tea cup, a mug, a popsicle, a sword and shield, and four 'legs' which will come later.

Into the articulations, let's start from the top
the chest can rotate side to side, the waist also can rotate side to side

the head can look up that far, the arms are double jointed at the elbow, shoulders can move out that high, the neck joint are in two spot; at the base of the neck and the top of the neck)

there's thigh rotation, the legs are double jointed at the knee, there's ankle pivot, the feet can move up and down, and also a toe hinge joint.

though the articulations is on point, this was a bootleg or knockoff figures so, you can only get much as this pose in terms of superhero landing. I'm sure the original one can do better.

and here's some pose I can think of lol.

Moving on to hand options, this guy come with an awful lot of hands, let's check it out!

first you get pointing hand. Doesn't really do much for me but at least it's there.
You get one for each hands.

"Now let's count up your sin!"

Also "you're already dead"

and then you get the special holding hands for holding mug

and a tea cup!

and a popsicle!

AND POPSICLES!

and yes you do get for the other hand.

and then there's this special holding hand for holding the japanese tea cup

...but that's none of my business.

and this HHhHhmMmmMmmMM-ing hands which you have to positioned the hand joints in a certain way to get this plugged in.

also you get this prayer hand or maybe more of a.....

*breathing in*

BOI!

or maybe I had to do it to 'em hands.

also you get this, holding hands. I mean, what's good of a figure if it can't hold into something am I right?

these holding hands are specially used for this sword and shield combo. For the shield, you actually strap it around the figure's arms so it's a secure hold and doesn't wiggle that much!

time for pose!

also you can store the sword inside the shield by put them between the straps and the arms.

and the last hand options, the open hands.

Now into the other accesories, and hopefully the last bunch

you get this special crossed-over-the-chest arms. This by no mean look good and all but the whole idea of disassembling arms and replace it with another one maybe will make the figure doesn't feel solid at all. Maybe it's just me because I'm having the bootleg *slap*

as opposed to the arms, the legs also got something fixed pose. I can't think any name of this feature so I'll call it a sit-on-the-floor-leg and also you get a pair of them.

and for the last accesories, you get legs, 4 legs, for changing your S.H.Figuarts stand plates into a table. Neat, I think.....

All and all, this figure's great by any means. It has a decent articulations, a lot of accesories, and not so much fun to handle, so let's talk about the pros and cons!
PROS
- lot accesories, fun to pose
- a great reference for those who draws (I don't)
- Much cheaper alternatives to the original one (cost me like $30)
CONS
- since it's a bootleg, there was a decent amount of mold-fail
- as I mentioned before, the disassembling limbs could get your figure loose.

I don't recommend this figure for those who always care for perfection in a figure. For those who don't? heck yeah this was a good figure!
Also Happy New Year 2019, hope everyone doing good, and if possible, share this review to your friends! Maybe they'll need this lol. Still figuring out how this blog will become in the near future.
Until then, Goodbye!
